I did find the room size to be a bit smaller compared to other hotels I've visited. While it didn’t detract from my overall experience, it’s worth considering if space is a priority for you.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel had spacious rooms, which was a nice surprise, especially for families. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, while a bit far from Haram, had plenty of shops nearby for food. The cleanliness and room service were commendable overall.

I can't believe the service here; we had no WiFi for ten days! Every time I asked for help, they just shrugged and said, “two hours, but it was never fixed. So frustrating when you're trying to stay connected!
